It's great to use in the winter, even though it's for dry skin. I use it not only in the winter, but also from late September to mid-May. It gives a transparent and glossy look to the skin. The finish is beautiful (without sunscreen) and the adhesion is good (without sunscreen22), and it doesn't emphasize the biggest enemy of dry skin, which is flakiness. However, as with all such products, it's best not to expect much coverage. Especially, this foundation is not the type where the coverage increases dramatically with layering.
Cons
Personally, I dislike the jar packaging. Deducted one star. 'Transparently expressed' = Be careful with concealer use: If applied too broadly and thickly, that area will appear dull.
Tip
Shade 21 is too bright, so 22 may be a bit burdensome for those with fair skin. A03 is about half a tone darker. For those with yellow-toned skin, it may also appear slightly reddish. If you're a beginner with brushes or are often in a hurry, it can be difficult to control the amount, so having a sponge or puff on hand would be useful.
