Great for alleviating scalp flakiness and calming irritation after hair coloring. Though it's a scalp pack, using it on your hair makes it incredibly soft too. Versatile product - can be diluted and used as a mist as well.
ConsIt's pricey. Expensive considering the amount you get. Did I mention it's costly? It's on the expensive side. Other aspects seem fine though.
TipWhen my scalp is extremely dry with lots of dead skin cells, or when it's very red and super sensitive, I skip shampoo and just wash my hair with this pack (For oily scalps, it's recommended to use after shampooing).

There's less flaking of dead skin cells and reduced itchiness.
ConsCompared to when I first used it, it seems like I'm building up a tolerance. The more I use it, the less effective it appears to be.

It's suitable for both hair and scalp use.
ConsThe price is a bit on the higher side. After looking up reviews, I found out that one potentially harmful ingredient was detected.
TipYou can also dilute it with water and use it as a spray.

I asked what product they used, and it turned out to be this one. I bought it on my way home, and I've been very satisfied with how it soothes my scalp and stops the itching when I use it as a hair pack, especially when my scalp is in terrible condition. I was really happy with it... until I checked the ingredients. Oh no!
ConsI suddenly thought to check the Hwahae app, and wow... I mean, I can overlook the fragrance, but preservatives? And that controversial Yellow No. 4? What's going on here? They talked about active ingredients and helping cells, but now I feel betrayed. I'll use up what I have since it was expensive (I think the tiny tube was about $90), but I probably won't repurchase. Unless I can't find an alternative, I might buy it again. Why does it work so well on my scalp when the ingredients list is so scary?
TipMy stylist said I could apply a small amount like an emulsion to my scalp and hair when they're busy, and when I tried it that way, it wasn't sticky or itchy at all. But now that I've seen those ingredients, I don't think I can use it like that anymore.
