I used to use a scalp shampoo for scalp blemishes, but while it healed my scalp, it damaged my hair. Afraid of causing inflammation again, I only used shampoo without any treatment, which left my hair feeling like straw. So, I started looking for a product that would be gentler on my hair, and that's how I found Cheongmijung. Honestly, the price made me hesitate, but after the scalp inflammation, I noticed more hair falling out, especially when combing through my straw-like strands (I didn't count, but it felt like more). Looking at my hair part, which used to be like a narrow alley, I kept thinking about how thick it used to be. Before visiting a hair loss clinic, I decided to give Cheongmijung a try. First off, my hair texture has improved. It's less tangled, and when I run my fingers through it, it feels smoother and looks shinier than before. My scalp condition hasn't worsened either. I've been using it twice per wash, just like I did with my previous shampoo.
The biggest downside is the expensive price. It feels pricier compared to other shampoos. I'm not sure if it's had a significant effect on hair loss - I still shed quite a bit when I wash my hair and walk around. I have about 1/8 of the bottle left, and I'm debating whether to repurchase. I'm considering trying a different shampoo or using one more bottle of this to see if there's any improvement in hair loss.
