My skin, which used to have flaky dead skin cells, has been soothed. I've been using this for about a year. The pump dispenser might seem a bit wasteful, but it's not too bad overall. It seems to leave a slightly rich feeling on the skin as time passes. Overall, I don't find any particular drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 22, 2019
The absorption and application are both great. It's a reliable product. While it has good soothing effects, it doesn't feel extraordinarily moisturizing. If you have very dry skin, you'll definitely need to layer a cream on top. For extremely dry skin, the hydration might be a bit insufficient. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinDec 18, 2018
I tried this because I heard it helps soothe baby eczema. It's very moisturizing and gentle, so I'm still satisfied and using it. It forms a white layer, so you need to spend time applying it thoroughly. It doesn't have the light feel of a typical emulsion. I found that applying oil before the emulsion seems to enhance the hydration even more. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSep 27, 2018
Atopalm Panthenol Emulsion When atopic dermatitis flares up with redness in its early stages, applying this frequently helps calm the skin quickly. It absorbs well without any sticky feeling. The need for frequent application makes both the quantity and price a bit burdensome. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 6, 2018
I want to keep this all to myself, haha! I was looking for a panthenol cream with good ingredients when I stumbled upon this, and now I'm on my third bottle. Some people say creams are too heavy or cause acne, so as someone with sensitive skin, I bought the emulsion to use like an essence and cream. It's amazing - it absorbs quickly, doesn't pill when applying makeup, and doesn't separate over time. I've struggled with blemishes, but this visibly calms my skin. After a month of use, my skin texture returned to normal and I got that Inner Glow. Once, I did a derma roller treatment at home, soothed with toner on a cotton pad, then generously applied this product, followed by a tiny amount of Sidmool cream before bed. The next day, all the redness was gone! I was shocked how quickly it calmed my skin after such an intense treatment. They say the ingredients are similar to the skin barrier structure, and it seems to be true. You can apply it generously without worrying about the cost, and it's great for use from neck to toes. It's just too good! If you have extremely dry skin or feel like your skin might crack in the dead of winter, this alone might not be enough. When I feel my body is a bit dry, or if I'm working late or going out, I finish by applying a thin layer of the yellow Sidmool cream on my forehead and areas prone to blemishes, especially where I need to use concealer. Even when I get home, there's hardly any pilling. (On days when I drink plenty of water, my makeup doesn't separate at all, and when removing it, the amount on the cotton pad is the same as what I applied in the morning - you can see it!) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2018
This is my absolute favorite product. In winter, even when I applied emulsions and exfoliated, the itching wouldn't go away. But after using this, it's been greatly relieved. Especially now that I'm struggling with eczema, it's amazing how this emulsion is the only thing that helps. Other hand creams don't calm my eczema, but this one soothes it right away. While it doesn't cure the eczema completely, the relief it provides is wonderful. I wish I could find a hand cream as good as this that's easy to carry around. When I looked at the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle they are! I'll definitely keep using this in the future. The packaging is neat, and I go through it really quickly. I've used about 3 bottles in 6 months... But I still love it so much. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2018
It's more moisturizing than other emulsions. When my baby gets heat rashes, applying this has a soothing effect. It seems difficult to pump out the last bit of product. The price is also quite steep. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinMar 31, 2017
Our sensitive-skinned baby has been using this product since newborn days~ It contains panthenol, which has a soothing effect~ Just using the lotion makes my skin dry, so I've been mixing in some jojoba oil and applying it Applying it intermittently or especially in the summer would be even better - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 15, 2016
Rather than products that simply moisturize the skin, I find that products that create a protective barrier for the skin maintain moisture for longer and are better for skin improvement. That's why I use the panthenol lotion from Atopham. Hmm... it would be nice if a larger size was available, but I wouldn't really consider that a downside. The pump dispenser makes it easy to apply with just one hand, right away, while keeping it in the bathroom. I recommend keeping it in the bathroom for use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 16, 2015
From newborns to 9 months old, my baby had atopic dermatitis, so I tried all kinds of lotions and creams. When I used the panthenol lotion, the redness on the skin would subside within a few days, which I could visibly see. So I can't give this up - I think I'll stick with this product. The downside is... well, it's in a pump bottle, so when there's a lot left, it's easy to use. But towards the end, it doesn't come out as well, so a tube would be better. When there's almost none left, I have to cut it open to use the last bit.
