I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it was and loved that it had almost no scent. We switched to this after trying other products for my baby's dry skin, and I'm quite satisfied with it. It leaves a white cast when applied, so you need to massage it in thoroughly for proper absorption. The texture also felt a bit rich. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 16, 2018
It's fragrance-free and absorbs well. The hydration is great too. Above all, I feel at ease knowing it's free from harmful ingredients. It's a bit thick, if I had to say something. While it does sink into the skin well, I personally don't care for the texture. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 30, 2017
My baby's eyes were unusually rubbed a lot, causing irritation and redness around the skin, with increasing flakiness. I've tried several other recommended lotions and creams, but they didn't seem to work. However, when I started using the panthenol lotion, the condition cleared up completely. Atopalm is truly a lifesaver. While it's a matter of personal preference, the product may feel a bit heavy. It might be better suited for winter use, as it could feel too thick during the summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 8, 2015
Despite not being a typical lotion, it provides sufficient moisture on its own. I use it together with my daughter, who has dry skin and atopic dermatitis symptoms, and it works well for both of us - her oily skin and my own. When used with oil, the moisturizing effect lasts around 4 hours for my daughter. The texture is thicker than a regular lotion, so it has lower spreadability when used alone. That darn dimethicone... If it weren't for that, this would be a holy grail product. It's a bit disappointing. It's best to apply it when the skin is damp or mix it with oil.
