I always make sure to stock up on Atopalm emulsion and cream before they run out. My 10-year-old youngest son's skin is so good that people often don't believe he has atopic dermatitis when we mention it. The emulsion is moisturizing and has a slightly richer texture compared to regular kids' emulsions, but it absorbs well. It helps reduce itching and soothes skin irritations effectively. The price is the downside. Now they've even reduced the volume, which is heartbreaking. The pricing is just wicked. Oil and shea butter are essential in our routine. I start by applying oil as the first step, then follow up with shea butter on specific areas. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSep 27, 2018
Atopalm Panthenol Emulsion When atopic dermatitis flares up with redness in its early stages, applying this frequently helps calm the skin quickly. It absorbs well without any sticky feeling. The need for frequent application makes both the quantity and price a bit burdensome. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 12, 2018
After my baby received treatment for a viral skin rash around their first birthday, their skin became very dry. I tried various products, but Atopalm Panthenol seems to be the most moisturizing and effective. It's gentle yet really helps soothe blemishes. I think it's perfect for my baby who suffers from severe dryness. In summer, it feels great as it's not sticky and keeps the skin hydrated. However, I'm concerned it might not provide enough moisture in winter. You may need to apply it generously or use it together with a cream or oil for better hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2018
This is my absolute favorite product. In winter, even when I applied emulsions and exfoliated, the itching wouldn't go away. But after using this, it's been greatly relieved. Especially now that I'm struggling with eczema, it's amazing how this emulsion is the only thing that helps. Other hand creams don't calm my eczema, but this one soothes it right away. While it doesn't cure the eczema completely, the relief it provides is wonderful. I wish I could find a hand cream as good as this that's easy to carry around. When I looked at the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle they are! I'll definitely keep using this in the future. The packaging is neat, and I go through it really quickly. I've used about 3 bottles in 6 months... But I still love it so much. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2018
It's more moisturizing than other emulsions. When my baby gets heat rashes, applying this has a soothing effect. It seems difficult to pump out the last bit of product. The price is also quite steep. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 17, 2017
Our daughter has been using it since she was a baby. Whenever she has skin troubles like eczema or atopic dermatitis, applying it frequently makes the issues go away and improves her skin condition, so we continue to use it. I also use it together and it works well for me. I have very dry skin, and while the lotion provides good moisture, it feels a bit dry. Applying a panthenol cream along with it helps. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 30, 2017
I found this lotion while searching for a solution to my baby's skin irritation. After applying it consistently for 3 days, the irritation gradually subsided, and by the end of the first week, my baby's skin had cleared up nicely. The ingredients are good, and the texture is smooth and easy to apply. I'm very satisfied and still using it. For dry skin, you'll need to apply it multiple times. The moisturizing effect is somewhat lacking, so I wouldn't recommend it for the winter season. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 30, 2017
My baby's eyes were unusually rubbed a lot, causing irritation and redness around the skin, with increasing flakiness. I've tried several other recommended lotions and creams, but they didn't seem to work. However, when I started using the panthenol lotion, the condition cleared up completely. Atopalm is truly a lifesaver. While it's a matter of personal preference, the product may feel a bit heavy. It might be better suited for winter use, as it could feel too thick during the summer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinJun 13, 2017
Our baby had terrible heat rashes from day 50, but this lotion cleared it up in just 3 days! The best part is that it's not sticky at all and has amazing moisturizing power! I tried switching to another lotion in the middle, but our baby's skin got worse again, so I went back to this one and it worked perfectly. There's not really anything I dislike, but it does have a lightweight feel, so the lasting power is a bit short (though the moisturizing is still good). But our baby does better with a more hydrating formula like this rather than a heavy, oily one, so I'm happy with it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 27, 2017
Our baby, who is 100 days old, had chicken skin and dead skin on their thighs. We didn't see any effects from using MLE lotions or creams, but since using this product, the condition has been improving. Not yet. Price? Or the packaging? The pump packaging is convenient to use, but it's difficult to use up the remaining product.
