The formula is really creamy, so I had to buy a lip brush to apply it. It's just way too emollient. I have to dip the brush in and swipe it on without pulling it up at all.

The color is a deep, rich red with a slight purple undertone. It's really beautiful. I've never worn purples or plums before, but this shade suits me so well that I've been experimenting with those colors a lot more since then. Applying it with a lip brush and blending it out is the prettiest way to wear it.
