It's incredibly bouncy and supple! I think it's particularly great for those with dry skin. Using this alone can feel a bit heavy. It's probably best to use just a small amount. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2019
I have oily and sensitive skin. I was worried because it contains quite a few ingredients to be cautious about, but after using it for a few days, it seems to suit my skin well. When I apply it generously before bed, my skin feels incredibly soft in the morning. The price is also reasonable, so I could purchase it without hesitation. When applied to the skin, it feels somewhat suffocating. The texture makes me think my skin can't breathe. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 20, 2018
Personally, I love the scent - it's right up my alley! It works great mixed with a base product, and when used alone, it absorbs incredibly well. Plus, the price is really budget-friendly! For winter use, this product might lack a bit in hydration. I've tried its richer counterpart too, but that one felt too heavy. I wish they'd come out with a medium-consistency version that strikes a balance between the two. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 8, 2018
I'm a fellow hydrating cream nomad just like you all, haha! I tried Etude's skincare back in high school or early 20s - can't quite remember. It felt so heavy and made my face red, so I swore off their basic skincare. But lately, my skin's been feeling so parched that I foolishly fell for the hype again when I saw people calling this a safe bet. The good points? The amount is surprisingly generous. And for a gel-like cream, it doesn't cause surface dryness. If it had been the king of dryness, you'd be getting one star, buddy. Even though many people use and praise this, it's no different from other gel creams (which I'm not a fan of). It applies a bit heavily and doesn't seem to absorb into the skin. So, unsurprisingly, it doesn't solve the deep dryness issue. What makes this product stand out as the worst in my book is how poorly it works with makeup (though I admit I haven't tried many gel creams under makeup). I use a foundation that needs to be applied with a puff, but whether I spread or pat on the foundation after using this cream, it doesn't cover my pores at all. Actually, it's more accurate to say it emphasizes them. The makeup won't stick to my T-zone - between my brows, on my nose, and around it. It's like my pores are little craters, all open and visible. Fascinating, right? I think what's happening is that on my skin, the gel cream doesn't absorb and stays sticky. So when I try to apply foundation with a puff, instead of covering my skin, the cream actually lifts off the foundation, revealing all those pores. Anyone else experience this? If this were the only cream left in the world and you had no choice but to use it, at least don't try to apply makeup over it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2018
I used to use Nature's moisturizer, but it made my forehead really itchy and I developed lots of tiny bumps, which was a struggle for a while. After switching to this cream, I experienced zero itchiness on my face. It immediately relieves that tight feeling after washing, and my skin stays hydrated until bedtime! Being a collagen cream, it feels more moisturizing and rich compared to other hydrating creams. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. Still, for my sensitive skin, this cream is absolutely perfect! The moisturizing and rich texture might feel a bit heavy for those with very oily skin. It's great to apply this on your neck while moisturizing your face! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 25, 2018
I have combination dehydrated skin. I've been using this product for 5 years and I'm very satisfied with it. It's moisturizing and provides plenty of hydration, so I use it well even in winter. It's a bit heavy, so using it in summer can feel a bit suffocating. To be honest, I've been using this cream for a long time because it suits my skin, but when I checked the Hwahae app, I was disappointed to see that it contains many unfavorable ingredients. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 30, 2018
It has a pleasant cosmetic scent that lifts my mood when I apply it It's not particularly hydrating and feels a bit heavy on the skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 28, 2018
It's incredibly hydrating and I love the bouncy texture, so I'm really satisfied The downside is that it feels heavy when applied. Not recommended for those with oily skin - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 25, 2018
It gives a deeply hydrating sensation while creating a protective barrier that locks in moisture without feeling oily The film-like finish can be polarizing. Some friends disliked it, saying it felt suffocating, like being covered in silicone - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 20, 2018
I've gone through five jars of this cream - that's how much I love it! It has a slightly strong silicone feel, which might make your skin feel a bit suffocated if you apply too much.
