The shampoo alone makes my hair soft and fragrant. Most importantly, there is no irritation to the scalp and it helps alleviate scalp issues. It uses low-risk natural surfactants and is free of parabens. In short, it's a gentle and good shampoo. Thinking about it, I have wavy hair that is coarse, but using this shampoo makes my hair feel soft just from washing. At the same time, my scalp doesn't get oily and there's no irritation. Of all the shampoos I've used in my life, this is the only one that hasn't caused any issues.
Cons
To be honest, the price is too high. Other than that, there are no downsides. I had been suffering from scalp issues for a long time, but using this product has completely cured them.
