I can't even apply it on the waterline, let alone slightly above it near the lash line. It makes my eyes incredibly itchy and often causes redness. I've never seen an eyeliner that comes off this easily among all the ones I've tried. Even eyeshadow lasts longer. I'm not sure which ingredient is responsible, but it's extremely irritating to my eyes
