It feels very moisturizing, there's no flaky skin, and it feels like I've applied a tint and lip balm. The color is also pretty.
I bought it because they said it has good staying power, but it's not great... It doesn't dry well, so it tends to transfer a lot. And especially this color, it becomes too sheer after just one application.
