Pros
I tried it as a sample! First of all, it has a mild acid base, so it felt gentle, which I liked. It didn't lather up a lot, but after cleansing, my skin felt soft and supple, and there was little tightness, which I liked. The cleansing power was also good considering how gentle it is.

Since I have sensitive skin, I've been using a low-pH cleanser, and my skin does feel softer compared to when I used a thicker foam cleanser.

It's gentle, and even though it's too well-cleansed, it feels like all the oil has been stripped from my face. But this is like using baby soap - it's so soft and smooth. The scent is also gentle.
Cons
I always wash it twice, but at first, there's no lather at all and it doesn't feel like I've washed it. So I wash it once, and that's enough, but then the skin friction increases a lot...

My skin was terrible, so I didn't use the mild foaming cleanser and used a regular foaming cleanser instead. But this caused blackheads, pimples, and oily skin issues. However, after using this product, my face doesn't feel tight and it has become soft and moisturized. I'm so happy with it! I strongly recommend this product. After using the Hx Hwahx Cleansing Foam that I've been using for over a year following my mom, I developed contact dermatitis symptoms. This product seems to be less irritating, so I tried it and my skin became soothed. After using it morning and night, my skin has become softer and I haven't experienced any breakouts or allergies. This is a holy grail product for me.
