It was truly comfortable and wonderful to use. It even helped reduce puffiness around my eyes in the morning. With aloe as an ingredient, it not only provided hydration and soothing effects, but was also convenient to use when rolling. It's a bit disappointing that it's been discontinued now. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMar 3, 2019
Highly recommended for deep dryness and dry skin types! It's great to use when your super sensitive skin gets red and heated. It's also perfect when your skin feels sore and irritated due to dryness. The cooling effect is absolutely perfect! Plus, it's small and easy to carry around! While it's conveniently portable due to its small size, the only downside is the small amount you get. Other than that, it's really fantastic. Totally worth it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 10, 2018
As an aloe product, I highly recommend it for soothing your skin in summer. Although it's an eye serum, it's not heavy, so I'm applying it liberally all over. The small size makes it incredibly portable - I keep it in my makeup pouch and dab it on whenever my skin feels hot. It has three metal balls inside, making it smooth and easy to roll on. You need to squeeze it a bit while rolling it on. While there is a cooling effect, I wish it was more intense! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2016
The rollerball? It's an applicator with 3 metal balls that's great for massaging the eye area. I don't know much about the other features, but that one is really good. I used it when my eye area felt congested, and the pressure and massage helped relieve that feeling. There is a bit of a cooling sensation, but if you keep rubbing it, the body heat warms it up so you don't feel the cooling as much. It seems like it will continue to be usable as a massage tool even after you've used it up, so it's practical and decent. It seems to be oil-free (basically just an aloe vera soothing gel lol), so if you want a fresh, non-greasy product, this might not be a bad option. Plus, it has anti-wrinkle functionality built-in. Since you apply it directly and the balls roll around spreading the product, the parts that touch your skin will inevitably get inside, which raises some hygiene concerns and makes me worry it could spoil more easily. But since it's cheap, I guess you just have to use it up quickly without worrying too much... lol I use it on other areas besides just the eyes. Some people say the ingredients are not great, but you can just wash your face after using it, so I don't think that's a big issue... lol I bought it specifically for eye area massage. And since it seems to be oil-free, if you want something more moisturizing, plump, and bouncy with some oil, you'd need to use something else along with this. You can basically just think of it as an aloe vera soothing gel. As you all probably know, be sure to buy it when it's on sale lol
