I bought this because of the Sticky collaboration. The packaging is adorable! It's a bit sticky, so you can't apply too much... That's somewhat disappointing. Just apply a small amount - we*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2017
The packaging is pretty and you get a generous amount of product. That's about all the positives I can say! It's just awful. A complete waste. It's incredibly sticky, like applying glue to your lips. When you wake up and wash your face, that stickiness remains and won't come off. It gets all over your towel, it's a mess. Whether you apply a little or a lot, it feels the same - sitting on top of your lips and uncomfortable. Far from smoothing dead skin cells, it's like they're preserved in amber. You have to wipe it off before applying makeup, but the staying power rivals Double Wear. I've hurt my lips trying to scrub it off. It's the Kiss Me of lip balms, ugh. And there's so much product that it never seems to run out. I'm finally throwing it away today and leaving this review full of regret and frustration. The best tip is to keep your wallet closed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 16, 2017
I received this as a birthday gift from a friend, so I'm not sure about the price. Once I finish it, I plan to purchase from this line myself. With the weather suddenly turning colder these days, dead skin cells on the lips tend to appear more. As someone who loves matte lipsticks, I know how crucial it is to exfoliate the lips before application. I've been using this product as my nighttime lip care recently, and the results are fantastic. True to its name as an essential lip balm, it seems to have everything packed into one product. While it's quite rich in texture, I personally believe that a nighttime lip balm can be even more nourishing than this. It's absolutely perfect for my needs. I can't use it during the day. More than just being rich, it feels like it doesn't come off even when you try to wipe it away. That's why I recommend using it only at night. Due to its essential ingredients, you should apply it generously, even to the point of excess, before bed to achieve beautiful lips the next day. I personally apply a very thick layer before sleeping. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment below. See you in the next review! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 12, 2016
My lips were cracking and sore, so I was wondering what to use. A friend recommended this product, and I'm glad I tried it! Wow... it's really good. My dry lips became plump, and after rinsing with water, dead skin cells come up. Just gently rubbing my lips makes the flakes disappear. I'll definitely repurchase. Ah... but the one really disappointing thing is that it's super sticky. It's like a snail crawled across my lips! Other than that, it's not bad. - ke*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 26, 2016
I don't usually use lip balm often, but I'm still enjoying this one. It feels like it gently exfoliates the dead skin cells on my lips. It's quite sticky. It's best to squeeze out just a small amount and spread it thinly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 6, 2015
The honey-like texture is delightfully sticky, making it comfortable to apply before bed. Waking up with the product still on my lips gives me the reassuring feeling that my skin has been well-hydrated throughout the night. Even when generously applied, it doesn't seem to remove dead skin cells or smooth out chapped lips as expected. It appears you'd need to use the lip balm to soften the dry skin, then manually exfoliate by rubbing it off. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2015
It's like they've put a lip mask in a tube! Moisturizes well and the collaboration is fun to look at too. The lip balm cap in the photo is blue, but why is mine yellow? - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 11, 2015
First off, it's colorless, meaning it's transparent. It's identical to the ginger sugar lip balm, just with a different design due to the collaboration. The price is the same. The design is pretty and the yellow color makes it look fresh. When you see it in person, you'll really appreciate how beautiful it is. The amount is too small. It's really tiny considering the price. When you first open it, you need to remove a sticker connecting the cap and the body. However, when you peel it off, it takes part of the design with it, ruining the artwork. If only it had more product, I'd definitely repurchase. Honestly, it feels a bit pricey at 6000 won. It might be worth buying when it's on sale.
