While it's marketed as 'Goat Milk', goat milk is actually the 19th ingredient on the list, so it's not really... What's more bothersome is the excessive use of parabens as preservatives. For an eye cream, it's far too drying.

The sleek tube packaging and affordable price are quite appealing. It's even cheaper if you buy it directly from overseas. The way it absorbs isn't bad either.

I can't really think of any downsides. The only thing is that when I was living in Korea, I felt the price was a bit steep for what it offers.
