I'm using this product with satisfaction, so there's nothing particularly disappointing about it.

The formula has a soft texture that feels hydrating and nourishing.

It glides on smoothly like applying whipped cream, with excellent spreadability and absorption. It doesn't require much rubbing to sink into the skin without residue. The balance of nourishment and hydration results in a non-sticky, moisturized finish.

I'm satisfied with how it gently rolls on and absorbs completely into the skin. There's minimal tightness, and my skin feels firmer and more supple. 
What I appreciated most was the longer-lasting moisturization compared to other products. The next morning during cleansing, my skin felt incredibly soft, giving the impression of improved skin barrier.

I have sensitive and dry skin, and as soon as I applied it, my face felt stinging. This is the first time I've experienced such an immediate stinging sensation.

The cream itself was moisturizing and had a pleasant scent, so I was quite satisfied with it.

Without steroids, I get acne and it stings when I apply it.

Since I have very sensitive skin, my face doesn't itch and it doesn't get completely flipped over all at once. So when I apply it while taking steroids, it doesn't get dry.

Since it's a large-size product, I could apply a generous amount and wake up with moisturized skin the next day. I think it's especially suitable for use in the winter.

The only downside is that it's only available at the duty-free store, not in regular Korean stores... I wish it was sold in Korea as well.

I started using the cream recommended to me at the duty-free store as a 'hydrating cream for dry skin', and it was great. It's less expensive than the Ultra Facial Cream, and I could apply a generous amount, which I liked. I didn't experience any particular trouble, and the rich texture was perfect for me in the fall and winter.

While they say the stinging sensation is a normal reaction, if you have an extremely sensitive skin type, I'd recommend trying a sample first before purchasing.

I purchased the jumbo-sized Kiehl's boutique homepage for 79,000 won. (I also received a sample set.)

The texture is like real whipped cream. Rather than feeling oily, the moment I pat it on, it feels like it's being absorbed into the skin - the absorption is that good. When I apply the cream, I can feel my skin just drinking it in, and there's a slight stinging sensation, but this is apparently more pronounced the drier your skin is.

So as time went on, the stinging went away. Most importantly, when I apply it at night and touch my plump, supple skin in the morning, I can't help but exclaim in awe - this is a cream I would gladly repurchase.

While this is a personal matter, I occasionally experience some irritation, suggesting the product may not be fully compatible with my skin. I am considering switching to a different option.

I am satisfied that the product provides moisture-rich hydration and does not leave my skin feeling dry throughout the day.

If you mix a small amount of it into a drier base product, it can really help hydrate your skin. But be careful not to use too much, as it can make you sweat and cause a breakout-like reaction.

The only downside is the scent - it's kind of an odd smell, even though it's supposed to be unscented.


My foreign-based friends always stock up on the 125ml size when they come to Korea, taking advantage of the duty-free shops.
