This product is truly, incredibly bright in color. If you find most base products on the market a bit dark, this one will give you a noticeably lighter complexion. No darkening effect at all! It tends to look patchy in winter, probably due to dry skin. Not recommended for the colder months. It's extremely light-toned - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 1, 2017
It certainly seems to give a nice tone-up effect and has impressive lasting power. It was just superficial, and I bought this product based on the salesperson's recommendation that it was moisturizing, but it was not at all moisturizing. In the winter, it gets so dry that it cakes... I was disappointed. The porcelain color works best when applied as a highlighter-like product to the high points of the face, rather than all over. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 6, 2017
I recommend this product to those with oily skin who are looking for good coverage and a natural glow. The lasting power is also quite decent. For my dry skin, it felt a bit drying. The areas around my nose and under my eyes, which are particularly dry, also tended to flake. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2017
The inside is moist and the outside feels soft and fluffy. I've been using it for over a year and it seems really good. The finish is a bit powdery, so it can sometimes feel a bit dry and flaky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 12, 2017
The price was satisfactory, and the case was decent. The product itself was adequately moisturizing, and the color was pleasantly vibrant and pretty. It was a bit dry in the winter, so I went looking for a more moisturizing product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2017
The product applied smoothly and felt less drying, even when carrying it around. Over time, it became dry and crumbly quickly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 14, 2016
The product is moisturizing, pores are well covered, and the case is pretty. The colors are also diverse. It's dry for me :( And I'm getting breakouts :( - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 30, 2016
The longevity was great, and the adhesion was also good. It didn't cling or stick to the sides of my nose. To be honest, it was a bit drying and the color was slightly lighter than the previous one. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2016
The porcelain color match was the best! The other ones were all too dark, reddish, or yellowish, but this color matched the whitest. The brand's advantage of having a wide range of colors is also great, and it's good for both cushions and foundations! Even the dewy one can be drying for dry skin. Compared to other brands, it's closer to a satin glow rather than a water glow, and it may appear slightly thicker. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 26, 2016
First of all, I really like Espoir products because they have a wide range of colors, just like department store products. I also think the price range is reasonable. Since my skin is quite fair, I usually use shade 21 at regular stores, but this color was just perfect for me. My skin type is dry... It's close to being extremely dry. So even in the middle of summer, if I don't properly take care of my basic skincare, it may look moisturized on the outside, but I find it extremely uncomfortable, and I have to constantly use mists. Of course, I can't help but be drawn to it. Originally, Espoir products tend to be a bit appealing, but I usually build a solid basic skincare routine and apply a slightly thinner sunscreen, and then I first apply a more moisturizing product from another brand as a primary base, and then I apply the Espoir dewy product on top of that when doing my makeup.
