It certainly seems to have good moisturizing power. In the very dry winter, when I apply it thinly over my face after my basic skincare routine and sleep with it overnight, then do my makeup in the morning, my face feels much less tight. My skin is sensitive and extremely dry, and I sometimes get itchy spots here and there, but this really helps soothe them.
Cons
It has a very light fragrance, but it's a scent I personally don't like, so when I apply it to my lips, it irritates my nose. I only really use it when my lips are extremely dry.

Even if my skin is just slightly scratched, it turns red and gets itchy. But when I apply this, it calms down right away.
