After washing, it doesn't leave a squeaky-clean feeling, but rather a smooth sensation. I suppose the smoothness is due to its pH level, though there's no detailed explanation. The foam seems to rinse off easily. My skin feels soft and supple after use, which I love. It appears to be a product with good hydration properties. Personally, I'm sensitive to scents and can be quite picky, but I really enjoy this fragrance. Even my kids don't have any particular aversion to it. The pump bottle makes it convenient to use.
