I used to use Innisfree No Sebum Sun Cream (as a base too), but it made my skin look too dry and pale. So I searched for something with better ingredients and discovered this gem. It's honestly way better than the Innisfree one! 1. It gives your face a nice, hydrated look (unlike Innisfree's completely matte finish) 2. It's not sticky and doesn't make your hair cling to your face (at least in fall and winter - haven't tried it in summer yet) 3. It has just the right amount of white cast, making your complexion look better (my relatives even said my skin looked improved - how embarrassing!) 4. While it does contain some pore-clogging ingredients (which can be tricky for my oily skin), overall the formula is better than most others out there! (Though I'm not 100% sure if it's actually clogging my pores) 5. The price is fantastic too! What a steal! 6. It absorbs well into the skin! 7. It doesn't seem to make my skin overly oily. You won't hear anyone say, 'Look at how greasy their face is!'
Update on the downside: I switched sunscreens because I was getting small bumps and wanted to eliminate potential causes. This product does contain some pore-clogging ingredients. Of course, all the good points I mentioned still stand! I'm not even sure if this product caused the bumps! But I felt uneasy not mentioning it, so I'm adding this update.
Since it has a slight white cast, apply it thinly. If you're worried about sun protection with a thin layer, you can reapply throughout the day when you have time! I use shade 23 and apply it thinly all the way down to my neck. This would be great for those who use shade 21! If you use shade 23 like me, I'd recommend applying it down to your neck too. This isn't really a pro tip, but... I haven't tried using this sunscreen with makeup, so I'm not sure how well it works under foundation or cushion compacts...
