I love using this so much, but I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. :( The product does create lather when you emulsify it while cleansing, and my lipstick and eye makeup come off well. I agree that the finish can feel a bit uncomfortable, so I always do a double cleanse. I find that with all oil cleansers. I didn't experience any tightness either. I'm about to finish my current bottle, so I was hoping to buy a big batch again from home shopping, but now I'm hesitant. Hopefully the negative reviews don't deter me too much.

Using this alone leaves me feeling a bit uncomfortable, so I do a double cleanse with a foam cleanser. For eye makeup, using an eye makeup remover works much better.

I've been using it for about 6 bottles that I bought in bulk from home shopping. When I emulsify and cleanse with it, it lathers well and rinses off cleanly. The downside is that I find it inconvenient to use a separate eye makeup remover, so I use this to wash everything at once - it removes my lipstick and eye makeup well (although some eyeliners don't come off as easily, so I use a remover for those). And since I have a lot of blackheads and dead skin on my nose, using this leaves my skin smooth and velvety after cleansing. I haven't experienced any breakouts or tightness after using it. My mom (dry skin) and I (oily, dehydrated skin) both really love it! I'm very satisfied.
