My lips are usually very dry, but if I apply it at night before bed, my lips are very moisturized in the morning. It's also good to apply it after washing my face, before putting on makeup. I sometimes apply lip oil first, then the lipstick on top, and other times I apply the lipstick first, then the lip oil.
Cons
After using it for a while, I can see some foreign particles settling under the lip oil, which feels a bit unpleasant. So I use it in two ways - one for after showering, and one for during the day.

It's really great to use in the winter!! In the winter, my lips get extremely dry and chapped ㅜㅜ But this oil-based product has great moisturizing power and leaves a glossy finish on my lips ㅎㅎ Since the color is light, I used it on top of my lipstick. My friends even bought the same set after trying mine, so it's a great product ㅎㅎ
