I recommend applying this to damp hair as a first step, then blow-drying, and following up with an oil-type essence on the ends of your hair.

The price is high for the amount you get, and the ingredients are a bit disappointing. It's not enough to use alone or as a substitute for a treatment. I'm not really sure about its effectiveness in improving damaged hair either.

It absorbs lightly without feeling greasy, making it suitable even for those with oily skin. There aren't many milk/emulsion-type essences suitable for applying to damp hair as a first step, but this one has just the right texture.
