When I apply it to completely dry hair, it seems to make my hair clump together, so it's almost pointless to use.

Even after applying the product, I didn't feel like my hair was neatly styled and refreshed. Instead, my hair became frizzy and dry, which was disappointing. Next time, I'll try applying it to about 80% dry hair.

This lotion-type formula definitely works well for me - even when I apply a lot, it leaves my hair feeling soft and fluffy, and it's great for coating all my thick strands. Personally, I really like that the scent is quite mild. Hair products with strong fragrances tend to linger all day and give me headaches, but this one has a very subtle aroma which I find very pleasant. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.

After less than half a day of use, the areas where my hair touched became reddened. It seems this product doesn't agree with me. I've identified another problematic ingredient - hydrogenated castor oil.
