It feels like the moisture doesn't evaporate away. ConsHowever, since I have combination skin with dehydration, the occlusive layer ended up clogging my pores and causing some breakouts, so I had to stop using it. It would probably work really well for very sensitive skin types. TipWhile there's no special tip, applying it as the last step seems to create a coating effect. It doesn't feel overly greasy or anything.
