I reordered from Coupang with international shipping, but the contents were clearly different from the original I had purchased. The first one was solid, but a pale yellow color, and didn't have many granules. But the reorder was a much lighter color than butter, with large salt-like granules embedded in it, so I was unsure if it was even the same product. I felt uneasy using it.
The large granules make it unpleasant to apply on my child (worried it might hurt), so I've been having to melt it in a hot pack and then pour it into the container, which is just a messy hassle. Even after doing that, it re-solidifies, so it's just a total disaster.

My baby's skin was extremely dry, so I applied lotion and then put on cream. I used to just use these, but it seemed like they only prevented dryness a little, not really providing much moisture. But when I applied the lotion and then the cream, it was noticeably better.

If you mix it with California oil and apply them together, the effects will last longer.

This product gets absorbed into the skin in just 2 hours...

I've been living in the US and was able to easily purchase this product, and I've been using it for 2 weeks, but I haven't seen a significant improvement in my atopic dermatitis. Compared to other products, this one has no stickiness at all, and it's the best one I've found, so I apply it to my son's body every day.

The spreadability is... I have to rub and melt it a bit, so it's a little inconvenient.
