  Pros

  I've used two bottles, one purchased from a supermarket and another from duty-free. Interestingly, their ingredients differ. The one from the supermarket doesn't contain fragrance, so the scent might be a bit off-putting. However, it has amazing soothing effects. Whenever I get the occasional pimple or blemish, applying this makes it disappear by the next morning. The duty-free version has a pleasant scent due to added fragrance, but it causes blemishes. It's clear the fragrance doesn't agree with my skin. Oddly enough, it's also drying? Using this alone led to skin issues.

  Cons

  I can't understand why they've discontinued this product. Most of the other Cica-Care line is also being phased out. The ointment was good, but this ampoule was even better. I have extremely dry skin, and this kept my skin hydrated for a long time.

  Tip

  Try using the entire Cica-Care set for best results.

  Pros

  I absolutely love it! The scent is wonderful, and it absorbs beautifully. It's perfect to apply before heading out. So pleased with this product!

  Cons

  It's quite expensive and the quantity is rather small. Also, the cream feels a bit rich and oily.

  Pros

  The texture is somewhere between a toner and an emulsion. While the scent isn't particularly pleasant, it's not overly bothersome either. Applying it at the essence step can help you achieve much more hydrated skin. I'm also using the cream, but I think the ampoule works even better. I'm already finishing up my second bottle! I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes. This product was excellent for soothing and healing my skin after laser treatments for acne.

  Cons

  The fragrance isn't exactly amazing. If you're someone who prioritizes the scent of skincare products, you might want to think twice about this one.

  Tip

  Apply generously at the essence step and gently pat it into your skin for absorption. For perfect absorption, I wait about 3 minutes after applying before moving on to the next product in my routine.

  Pros

  I'm using both the ampoule and the ointment together, and they're really working wonders for me. No blemishes appear, and when I wake up, my skin feels hydrated and looks clearer. The scent is ointment-like, but I'm used to it from applying Lacticare for my atopic dermatitis. It feels more like applying medicine than cosmetics, but the results are fantastic.

  Cons

  There is a medicinal scent, but it's not overwhelming. When you find something that works, the smell becomes secondary.

  Tip

  This might not suit oily skin types. Those with atopic or dry skin are likely to see better results.
