The placebo effect of thinking it'll be good simply because there's nothing concerning in the ingredients As someone who's tried three types of Aubrey shampoos (Green Tea, Calendula, GPB), this product is extremely thick. The moment you put it on your hair after lathering a bit in your hands, it just clumps up... It's quite shocking. It doesn't even foam well, just clumps where you touch your hair. Among Aubrey products, this one made my scalp the itchiest the next day. The ingredients are reassuring! It helped soothe scabs and inflammation. I've realized once again that just because a product doesn't have harmful ingredients doesn't mean it's perfect or suitable for everyone. Aside from the inconvenience of not lathering well, I experienced significant hair loss and an explosion of dead skin cells on my scalp. I'm at a loss for what to use next... my scalp truly seems out of this world.
