  I bought it at a pharmacy when I was in Paris, and I didn't use it for a little over a year. I used it all up. The duty-free store also carries the brand, but they didn't have the Alpha Complex. It seems to have effects like pore refining, skin texture improvement, and wrinkle reduction. When you first use it, it stings a bit, especially on troubled areas or wounds.
