Since it's an artsy product, you can use it as both a lip and cheek product, so it has great versatility. The color should also work well for those with summer muted skin tones! It applies smoothly without any irritation.
Cons
Realistically, it would probably look best on those without any lip flakiness. It's about as matte as a regular matte lipstick... It doesn't look as nice if your lips aren't in good condition.

It's the best MLBB for me haha I've been using the same Artsy Stick for several years, but among them, Dusty Pink seems to be the most versatile and easy to apply.
Cons
It's a hassle to sharpen, and in the winter, if you leave it on the floor, it can melt and cause a disaster when sharpening. ^.ㅠ (This may be my own fault...)
