♧ Skin type: Super sensitive & combination dehydrated skin I rarely wear heavy makeup and spend about a week researching ingredients before buying even a brightening moisturizer. That's why it's rare for me to get blemishes from using this product. On days with high pollution or during my cycle, my skin becomes extremely sensitive or combination oily. So I'm cautious about layering products. On lazy makeup days, sensitive days, or when I don't want to apply BB cream to my neck, this product is enough. I don't apply it until it's white as an egg, but it's perfect for when I'm not confident going out completely bare-faced. ♧ Texture: If we're calling it a cream, it's on the moisturizing side. Of course, it's not an emulsion, so it's not slippery. It's also not particularly sticky! ♤ Coverage: It's not particularly good. Products focused on brightening or evening skin tone typically prioritize tone correction over coverage, so it's understandable. ♤ Brightening effect: Honestly, this probably varies depending on skin tone and how much you apply. I'm about a shade 21, and rather than feeling like it made me noticeably whiter, it's more like 'Oh, I can tell I applied something' when looking up close. ♤ Longevity: I applied it before going out briefly in the evening, and now about 6 hours have passed. Since it's not really makeup, rather than saying it's breaking down, it feels more like my skin is gradually returning to its natural state. It's not so much darkening as my face saying, 'Hey, it's time to wash me now.' I applied this after cleansing, toner, essence, and emulsion, waiting about 10 minutes, then applying moisturizer. It seemed to go on well this way. At first, I tried applying it with a puff without moisturizer, with a puff with moisturizer, and with my bare hands. For me, using a puff with moisturizer worked best! Of course, your mileage may vary. However, when you squeeze the product onto the back of your hand and try to apply it with a puff, it tends to absorb into the puff or skin rather than going where you want it. When applying this product, give it your full attention!
