Also, I bought this because some reviews said it had a watery texture, but it's actually just a regular water-based formula, not a runny one! I apply this toner at night before bed, and when I wake up in the morning, my reddened skin has calmed down. Since it's a water-based formula, it's lighter than a runny one. ConsAfter applying, my reddened or irritated skin felt a stinging sensation, so I wouldn't recommend this for very sensitive skin. Even though I have sensitive skin, I'm able to use it okay by following up with a lotion and moisturizer. Also, since it's a water-based formula, it feels a bit difficult to apply with my hands. And even though it's water-based, if I apply it a few times, I get this oily film-like feeling on my face.
