It seems to be a medium-level tone-up, not a perfect tone-up. Since it is said to be free of harmful ingredients, I am using it with a sense of mild facial protection.
ConsAs expected, it's not a perfect tone-up, but it's not too bad either.
TipEven though it's a pity, applying it with a sponge... absorbs well... and the coverage also seems to work better.
