Since it's a water toner, I've been using it generously, and after a month, I've already used up 2/3 of it! 1. Great ingredients I bought this after reading positive reviews on Hwahae about the green tea toner's ingredients. It contains a high amount of green tea extract and is well-formulated. I was worried about blemishes, but I haven't experienced any major issues and have been using it without problems. 2. Works well with oils (great as an all-purpose base) To combat the slightly heavy feeling, I started mixing it with oil. When I apply the toner mixed with oil, it doesn't feel heavy and isn't drying, so my skincare routine has significantly shortened while using this green tea toner. It also works great as a mist when I put it in an empty mist bottle with a drop of oil. - When using with oil If you have oily skin that doesn't respond well to oils, it might be better to use an essence-type oil rather than natural oils. I haven't tried many natural oils, but they tend to make my face itchy and break out, so essence-type oils work better for me. It's a lightweight water toner, and when used with oil, it reduces the need for other skincare steps. It also seems to control oil production better than other toners, making it suitable for oily skin types. Although I'm almost finished with it, I don't feel like it's the best toner I've used yet, so I'll think a bit more before deciding whether to repurchase.
Cons1. Feels slightly heavy despite being a water toner Maybe it's because of the green tea ingredient, but when applied, it feels a bit heavier than other water toners. Because of this, I couldn't do the 7-skin method as I had planned. It felt heavier with each layer. (I solved this issue by mixing it with oil.) Personally, I preferred using it as a mask pack or mixing it with oil rather than using it on its own. 2. Might be drying for those with dry skin I didn't feel it was drying, but my forehead seemed to lack moisture. I noticed small bumps appearing one by one, which didn't happen when I used hyaluronic acid toners. If you're looking for a more hydrating toner, it's better to use one with hyaluronic acid.
TipFor purchasing tips, please refer to my hyaluronic acid toner review. I've included all the details there!

It also absorbs well into the skin.
ConsWhile it worked fine for my combination skin, those with dry skin might find it a bit drying.

As someone with sensitive and allergy-prone skin, I'm usually cautious when changing skincare products, but I'm happy to say I've been using this for over a year without issues. I also tried the aloe toner, which didn't cause any blemishes or skin irritation, but its runny texture felt a bit heavy. That's why I settled on this one.
ConsThe downsides are that you can't choose a spray bottle for the 200ml size, it's not very hydrating even with multiple applications, and the quantity doesn't feel generous when you use it all over. After applying the toner, if I use a serum right away, I don't feel particularly dry. However, if I get distracted and do something else after applying the toner, my face starts to feel tight. It's not a major problem for me since I can avoid this by staying focused.
TipSince it's a water-based formula, I use a cotton pad to prevent wastage. On hot, sunny days, I also use it as a skin pack not just on my face, but on my arms and legs too.

No blemishes, not overpowering in scent, and has great hydration. Perfect for the 7-skin method!
ConsFor me it's a strength, but those with dry skin might find it too drying. Though I suppose you could always follow up with an emulsion cream, so it should be fine.

Based on my skin, it didn't cause any blemishes. For reference, I have acne-prone skin, and while I occasionally get small bumps and sometimes inflammatory acne, this product didn't trigger any issues.
ConsWhile it didn't cause any blemishes during use, it made my combination skin feel extremely dry! Since last winter, I've been using the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid toner and moisturizer. In spring, I switched to a balancing toner and emulsion, and I had no idea what deep dryness even felt like. But now, in summer no less, when I apply this Green Tea toner and emulsion, my skin feels tight after just 2 minutes. It gets so dry that I can feel it pulling when I talk or make expressions. I even bought Aromatica's Aloe Gel to help, which made it a bit better, but my skin still feels tight.
TipI don't have any additional comments as I wouldn't recommend this product.

True to its Green Tea name, it has a lovely scent that really reminds me of green tea! I have combination skin that gets very dry in winter and oily in summer. This feels like it'll be perfect to use from now through summer - it's so refreshing! I tend to get some blemishes on my chest and back, and while this doesn't make them disappear, it seems to calm them down. The ingredients are gentle and the price is affordable, so I'll definitely repurchase!
ConsAs I mentioned, my skin gets really dry in winter. I bought this in early April and it felt a bit tight on my skin then, even after applying emulsion! I think it might be too drying for those with dry skin. I occasionally get blemishes on my face, but I didn't notice this product making them better or worse.
TipI don't do the '3 skin' or '7 skin' method, so I'm not sure about that. But when my skin feels dry, layering another moisturizing product on top works well!

I'm somewhat considering repurchasing it.
ConsMy skin tends to be on the dry side, so even when I used this for the 7-skin method, I still felt dry. It might work better when combined with other products.
TipIf I have the chance to buy a toner in the future, I'll put this on my repurchase list and give it some thought.

I've repurchased it for the second time.
ConsIt might be a bit drying, so it probably won't suit those with dry skin.

It's affordable enough to use generously on a cotton pad as an exfoliating toner without feeling guilty.
ConsAs someone with dehydrated, blemish-prone skin, I found it quite drying - my skin felt tight after use. I probably won't repurchase.

I think I've found my go-to toner with this product. No irritation at all!
ConsApart from a slight deep dryness due to its ultra-light texture, there's really nothing to complain about.
