Currently, it's winter, so my skin is leaning towards the dry side :) ‼️I previously liked The SAEM Green Tea Cleansing Water, so I bought all three types of cleansing water from the same Healing Tea Garden line! ‼️This review is based on my personal experience, so please use it as a reference. If you have super sensitive skin, make sure to patch test before use! 🤍Value for money: First off, The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Cleansing Water is great value! I bought it for around $4 during a social media sale~ This is why I'll likely repurchase. 🤍Easy to use: As a cleansing water, it has a watery consistency and feels hydrating◡̈ Just soak a cotton pad generously and wipe - that's it! 🤍Passed irritation tests: I noticed on the back of the bottle that it's passed skin tests and eye area safety tests~ I've tried both cleansing oils and waters, and waters definitely suit me better😖 This product didn't cause any blemishes for me. 🤍No-rinse option: This cleansing water can be used without rinsing afterwards! However, I personally used The SAEM Healing Tea Garden White Tea Cleansing Water as my first cleanse, followed by a gentle low pH cleansing foam for my second cleanse.
Cons🤍Despite passing eye area tests, it stung a bit when it got into my eyes! 🤍After a while, it can feel a bit tight, so make sure to follow up with your second cleanse quickly or apply moisturizer right after~ 🤍The 'clear radiance effect' mentioned as one of the cleansing water's benefits isn't really noticeable, to be honest.
Tip🤍When using this, opt for soft cotton pads rather than compressed ones! Since it's in direct contact with your skin, the type of cotton pad seems important!

The product removes makeup fairly easily.
ConsIt stings quite badly if it gets into your eyes. It's also a bit of a hassle having to mix the oil and water layers every time you use it.

As for cleansing, it's just okay. That's about it.
ConsIt stings if it gets in your eyes, so I can't use it around the eye area. I usually wear a lot of eye makeup, but this isn't suitable for that. Maybe I should have bought the blue one instead. Anyway, it's not as good as I expected.

The blue tea tree one irritated my skin a bit, and the green tea one made me feel itchy (not sure why...). - While it didn't necessarily improve my blemishes, it didn't make them worse either!
Cons- The ingredients list could be better. - Sometimes when I try to cleanse thoroughly by wiping a few times with a cotton pad, the area around my nose starts to feel a bit of a tingling sensation. - It stings if it gets into your eyes. I think it's because of the ingredients. Other products with better ingredients didn't sting (for reference, Bioderma cleansing water was fine when I used it).

I've been using it for over a year since discovering it while getting monthly lash extensions. I avoid oils and cleansing creams as they weaken the adhesive, but this works great. I soak two layers of cotton pad and it removes makeup effectively. It's satisfying to see the makeup visibly coming off on the cotton pad.
ConsBe careful when removing eye makeup, as it can sting quite badly if it accidentally gets into your eyes.
TipWhile it removes makeup well, if you want extra assurance, you might want to follow up with a cleansing foam for a thorough finish.

As a toner, it's generous in quantity so you can use it without worry. Plus, it doesn't seem to cause any blemishes.
ConsIf it gets in your eyes, it's hell... The finish feels a bit sticky, so I follow up with a second cleanse.

While one cotton pad isn't enough for heavy makeup, it's excellent value for money at this price point.
ConsBe careful not to get it in your eyes. Some people mentioned a stinging sensation, but for me, my eyes turned slightly red as if bloodshot, and felt dry for a while when it got in. At first, I thought I had an eye infection... It does get better quickly though. I've gotten the hang of using it now, but it still makes me a bit uneasy.
TipIt works best when you soak a cotton pad generously. Make sure to follow up with a water rinse after cleansing with this product.

As my first cleansing water, I'm pleased with the inoffensive scent and effective makeup removal.
ConsI can't speak for other products, but this stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes, even slightly. There's also a slippery feeling that makes me always follow up with a water rinse.
TipFor eye makeup removal, try soaking a cotton pad with the cleansing water, gently pressing it on your eyes for a moment, then wiping. It works wonders!

ConsMy eyes stung a bit, and it didn't completely remove heavy makeup.
