The fragrance is nice and it seems to absorb really quickly. The fact that it's not sticky is probably the biggest advantage.

The texture is on the thinner side, making it easy to apply. Even though my skin is oily, I didn't feel any tightness or discomfort after using this product alone, right after toner. Of course, I used a moisturizer in the winter. The product itself is not greasy and feels hydrating and absorbs quickly when applied.
Cons
The downside would be the price, I suppose. I bought it at the duty-free shop. And I didn't really notice any significant changes even after finishing a whole bottle. Of course, there might have been subtle improvements, but I think I used it in hopes that it would help me in the future, as the name suggests.
Tip
Since my skin is oily, during the summer, using just this toner and this product is enough for me. But when it gets colder, I add a moisturizer as well.

It doesn't feel sticky at all and applies lightly. The scent is also decent, and it absorbs well. I'm not sure about wrinkle improvement, but I feel like my skin has been improving from using it consistently!
