Pros
Gentle enough for sensitive skin. I've been using this for 7 years, even with atopic dermatitis and skin that breaks out in hives from just sunscreen!
Cons
Those sensitive to scents might struggle. As someone with extremely dry skin, applying this once in winter isn't enough to combat dryness. You may need to reapply or layer with a richer product on top.
Tip
It's best to remove excess moisture from your face before applying, as it can pill if applied over watery products like toners.

Pros
At first, I was taken aback by the scent, but I've grown accustomed to it over time. During seasonal changes, my skin tends to feel especially tight at night, but when I apply this generously before bed, my skin feels comfortable until morning.
Cons
The texture is slightly sticky when applied. I wash my hands after use, which isn't really a drawback, but if I had to nitpick, that might be one thing to mention.

Pros
Great for dryness. Reduces the feeling of deep dryness. Nothing else to note.
Cons
Used it for about 3 weeks. Tiny, non-squeezable bumps kept appearing on my forehead, chin, and temples. Adjusting the amount didn't help. Too thick to even use as a body lotion for kids. Currently using it on heels and elbows. Makes skin very greasy and sticky. Might be good for those with dry skin who don't get blemishes.

Pros
As someone with deep dryness, I definitely notice a glow when I wake up in the morning. It feels like my skin's hydration has been replenished.
Cons
It does feel a bit sticky, which can be somewhat uncomfortable.

Pros
This product is a godsend that brought my contact dermatitis close to full recovery. It healed almost 99% of it! After trying Avène and snail creams without success, I stumbled upon this while frantically searching for solutions. I had no idea it would be this effective! After application, dead skin cells gradually appear on the surface. I was advised not to remove them, so I endured the messy look. Eventually, they started falling off naturally, and I gently removed the remaining bits. I've been using it for about a year now. My skin has become much healthier, and my contact dermatitis has been treated. However, it couldn't fully restore my sensitive skin that was already damaged. I guess repairing sensitive skin requires different care.
Cons
The texture is quite sticky, which I don't like. It's not suitable for applying makeup over it.
Tip
I highly recommend trying this product if you're dealing with contact dermatitis. It's also great for those with sensitive or dry skin - just apply it as the final step in your skincare routine.

Pros
I didn't know about Choi Hwa-jung's cream, but I'm using it well. It seems to balance oil and moisture nicely for my very dry skin. The ingredients look good too. I plan to keep using it.
Cons
The volume seems a bit small. I wish they'd come out with a larger size. It might feel a bit sticky in the height of summer, but I'm not sure yet.
Tip
Since I have very dry skin, I don't feel dry in the morning when I apply this after my emulsion. When I finish with a mask, it feels like I've just been to a salon.

Pros
This review is based on using over half the product. I usually have combination skin without major blemishes or acne, so I didn't pay much attention to skincare. However, during the fall season change, I suddenly developed an endless itchy allergic reaction. Although I ultimately needed medical treatment, this cream was my first choice post-treatment. Using just a small amount and spreading it thoroughly before bed made a noticeable difference in how my skin felt during morning cleansing. It provides intense hydration and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Even on cold winter mornings, it maintains moisture despite the chilly temperatures. Since you only need a small amount, the product lasts a long time.
Cons
The cream is quite sticky, requiring only a small amount for application. It has a thick, heavy texture. You need to apply it and let it absorb for an hour or two before lying down, otherwise you'll have to wash your pillow daily. The stickiness is so intense that it becomes unusable when the weather warms up even slightly. And the scent... it's not a fragrance, it's an odor. There's a rather pungent smell, but you get used to it and it doesn't bother you much. When I first used it, my husband asked if it had gone bad, that's how strong it is!
Tip
For a light morning application: - Take a small amount and place it on your palm - Rub it between both hands - Press your palms onto your face as if you're gently pushing the product in - Lightly pat to finish the application

Pros
Works wonders for my extremely dry skin. When I apply it at night, I wake up with beautifully hydrated skin.
Cons
It's quite sticky, so I only use it at night before bed. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Gentle and pure. Great hydration that tackles deep dryness.
Cons
However, the smell... it's really unpleasant. It's like foot odor. I can't get close to my boyfriend after applying it. Also, it's quite sticky.
Tip
I recommend using it in the evening and only applying a small amount in the morning.

Pros
The hydration power is incredibly strong! If you have severe deep dryness, using this alone might not be enough. I have extremely dry skin, and even after applying toner and Salt Cream, my skin still felt parched. However, when I used essence plus Salt Cream, it was noticeably less dry.
Cons
This product is great for creating skincare nomads... While it has good moisturizing properties, applying too much makes it very sticky. You might think, 'I'll just apply less then,' but for those who prefer layering products gradually for absorption, I wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't absorb well.
