When applied under the eyes, you can actually see the wrinkles smoothing out - it's like they're plumping up, it's amazing! You can notice the wrinkles diminishing after just one use! Personally, I've been using this cream like a hydrating moisturizer, and I found it to be more moisturizing with a better feel that way!
