I'm really satisfied with how moisturizing it is and how well it absorbs. Plus, I love the subtle fragrance. So far, I haven't found anything to complain about while using it. I'm completely satisfied. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 31, 2020
Absorbs well: Among eye creams, this one has a lightweight texture that applies easily. It glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly. Price: As a college student living on my own, the price isn't bad for stocking up and using over time. While individual experiences may vary, I find it to be good value for money. Scent: After reading a few reviews, it seems the fragrance is a matter of personal preference. I didn't have any strong feelings about it. Since it's an eye cream, the scent dissipates quickly as it absorbs, and it gets masked by other products you apply, so I found it fine. Packaging: When I first tried to use it and twisted the cap, I was surprised to see the opening directly exposed. Of course, given how tiny the opening is, it might have been tricky to seal it with plastic... Still, since it's a cosmetic product applied around the eyes, it was a bit concerning. I'm mentioning this for those who might be sensitive to such details. When I was learning makeup, my instructor advised to wipe the face once with toner before applying eye cream. She explained that if you apply eye cream after emulsion, the eye cream won't absorb properly until the emulsion is fully absorbed, and just sits on top. So, I follow this order when applying: Cleansing - Toner - Eye Cream - (Ampoule/Winter) - Emulsion - Cream - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 18, 2020
The application and absorption are both quite good. Everything is above average in performance. The ingredients are just so-so, unfortunately. Considering the brand's reputation, the formulation is a bit disappointing. The quantity is also less than desired... Apply a moderate amount every night. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 13, 2020
Here's my review of the AHC eye cream~ When I used this product, it absorbs well and has a lovely scent Here's my review after using the AHC eye cream~ Sometimes the adhesive from the seal gets stuck on the lid - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 2, 2020
It applies smoothly and absorbs well when patted in. The rich, bouncy texture spreads easily on the skin. The lightweight feel makes it comfortable to use like a regular moisturizer. It feels quite rich and can be a bit sticky and heavy on the skin... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2020
It's gentle and works well as an eye cream. I haven't experienced any blemishes from it. Although it's marketed for the whole face, I only apply it around my eyes since I use other products for the rest of my skincare routine. When I pat it in, it absorbs well, and I can feel it nourishing my skin, which I love. As expected with an eye cream, it does have a rich feel to it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 9, 2020
It absorbs well and feels gentle on the skin. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but when I apply it to my neck, I feel like some of my fine lines have softened. Hmm... Is it too rich? I don't really think so. Apply a suitable amount to areas prone to wrinkles. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2020
I bought a large size from a home shopping channel. Unlike other eye creams that cause small blemishes, this product doesn't. I really like it. It applies smoothly and absorbs quickly, making it great for morning use. Considering you need to apply it all over your face, the amount is quite small for the price. It runs out quickly. The fragrance is too strong. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 21, 2020
It's wonderfully moisturizing. I've been using it for over a month and can't find any drawbacks. It absorbs well and quickly, and the consistency is just right. I can't think of any downsides... Well... Perhaps the only thing is that apart from hydration, you can't immediately feel any other effects? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 6, 2020
The absorption and application are great! First off, I love how the scent changes with each season, which keeps me using it consistently. It adheres gently to the skin, which is another reason I keep coming back to it. I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to skincare, so I usually don't apply more than two products in my routine. Typically, I use a first essence as my base step, followed by either a cream or another essence. But this product is introduced as something that works well on its own - I love these all-in-one products! That's why it's one of my most frequently used items. Having worked in cosmetics sales before, I tend to switch up my products often, but I've consistently used this one (though from another brand). Of course, I switch to the new seasonal version when it comes out, and use the previous season's product as a hand cream. It definitely has better absorption and fragrance than cheaper hand creams! The main downside is definitely the fragrance! While the scent makes me want to use it more often, it's sad to hear that it's not good for the skin. If it weren't for the fragrance, this would truly be a holy grail product! I only use two products in my skincare routine. When I worked for a cosmetics company, I used to apply 5-7 products in different steps, but honestly, it's hard to maintain that consistently. It felt heavy on my skin, like it was too much. As minimalism is trending, I've been keeping my skincare minimal for a while now, and I find my skin feels less tight and overall better than before. What I learned working in the cosmetics industry is that a first essence is really crucial! So I always use a first essence, and if my skin feels dry, I'll add a cream - just these two products. By sticking to this routine, my skin doesn't feel dry, and I'm spending less on skincare too! A first essence (whatever you prefer) plus an all-in-one cream is plenty sufficient.
