I have seborrheic dermatitis, and my dermatologist recommended this shampoo, so I decided to give it a try. I've always been stressed because no matter how fragrant or strong the shampoo was, the scalp odor wouldn't go away. But since using this, I realized at some point that I've been living without worrying about it. While my scalp isn't completely healed, it seems I'm not getting any blemishes anymore. The lack of fragrance could be an advantage, but I find it disappointing. The slippery texture and weak cleansing effectiveness are drawbacks. That's why I always wash my hair twice. There's absolutely no shine to my hair. I'm fortunate to have oily hair, but I think it wouldn't be good for those with dry hair. I just realized while using it that it's combined with conditioner... oh no. Even with my oily hair, it makes it so dry that I have to apply an essence, which I don't usually do. If I don't apply it, my hair looks messy and won't settle down no matter how much I brush it, because there's no oil in my hair. It can be itchy if it touches your body, so wash your hair with your head tilted down. I used to have a lot of trouble with shampoo, but this one is really gentle and doesn't cause any issues at all. The mild ingredients are amazing, I highly recommend it! There's hardly any lather, and it doesn't feel like it's cleaning my hair properly. Plus, I've noticed a lot more dandruff since using this. The cleansing power seems to be a bit lacking.
