Pros
I have seborrheic dermatitis and was recommended this product by a dermatologist. I tried it and realized that I no longer had to worry about the strong fragrance of shampoos lingering on my scalp, which had always been a source of stress for me. While my scalp hasn't fully healed, I no longer have any pimples.
Cons
The lack of fragrance may be an advantage for some, but I find it disappointing. The formula is also a bit slippery, and the cleansing power is not very strong, so I have to lather it up twice. Pros
It was satisfactory. It washed well and my scalp and hair did not get worse after using it.
Cons
There's not really any downside. The only thing is that the fragrance is not very strong after shampooing. There's no particular fragrance or anything like that.

When washing my hair, the lather doesn't form well and it feels stiff. After washing, if I have curly hair, it doesn't calm down but instead there are a lot of flyaways, making it look messy. I'm not sure... The cleansing power seems good. My hair feels incredibly soft and fluffy.
Cons
It's too sticky. I used it on my baby and their hair got severely damaged. Something strange developed on the back of their neck, and they scratched it so hard that it bled. The packaging was also inconvenient to use, and it had no scent, just a strange odor. There didn't seem to be any good points to it.

Pros
My scalp was itchy and flaky, so I tried a gentle shampoo. It's definitely less itchy and I have less flakiness compared to before.
Cons
Using just this makes my hair feel stiff, so I end up having to use conditioner too. The fragrance-free aspect is both a pro and a con.
