While it's a gel and doesn't have much lather, the granules in the gel do help with exfoliation. However, it can be a bit irritating for sensitive skin. And since it's a mildly acidic product, the cleansing power is a bit lacking compared to other products.

I've used this product over 10 times and it suits me very well without any irritation.
