Try lightly spreading it across your face with your fingers, then use a puff sprayed with face mist to pat it in. The makeup applies really well this way. Here's another foundation tip: For those with dry skin, instead of mixing your BB cream or foundation with a moisturizer, try mixing it with sunscreen.
