I never realized it before because I hadn't gotten shampoo in my eyes, but when it happened once, I thought my eye was going to fall out. Even after rinsing with running water, it kept hurting. The diluted shampoo got into one eye, and it seemed to cause a reaction because my eye continued to hurt for a while after washing my hair.

The scent and overall feel are quite nice. It also removes just the right amount of oil.
