I have extremely sensitive skin. That's why I trust and use La Roche-Posay products, but this product is a failure. First, the lather is shallow(?) and not dense, so when I rub it on my face, my hand touches it first, causing irritation. It's not that there are no surfactants, so the lather doesn't form either... Moreover, it doesn't seem to be free of ingredients that are not good for sensitive skin, as I sometimes get seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups while using this, so I've stopped using it... Aside from the moisturizing, there aren't many advantages to this La Roche-Posay product.

It doesn't feel tight after cleansing. The moisturizing power seems good.

The cleansing power is way too weak. Even though it's marketed as a makeup remover, my makeup didn't come off well. I had to use another product for a second cleansing to completely remove my makeup.

The texture was not heavy and felt lightweight, which was perfect for using on hot days.

When cleansing with the air puff, I put a little water in the bag, stuff it with a lot of this product, and use it while soaking.

I think the cleansing power is almost non-existent.. I bought several of them on sale at the official mall without even trying them, and now I'm not using them.. It's very slippery and smooth

1. Cleansing Power
First of all, the cleansing power is not even as good as a water-based soap ㅠㅠ
It can't remove foundation either. After applying foundation, I tried wiping it off with Dr. Bronner's and then with this product, but it didn't remove anything at all. If it can't remove foundation, then the cleansing power is just not there.

2. Slightly Stinging Sensation
It's not a very pleasant feeling, but after applying this product and rolling it, there is a slightly stinging and strange sensation after a short while. I think it would not feel good for those with sensitive skin.

This product seems to be lacking in both function and value.

I bought it to remove my makeup, but
it doesn't even remove the base makeup

Even though my skin is sensitive and thorough cleansing can be problematic, using the La Roche-Posay cleansing foam together worked well. It cleansed effectively, removed excess oil, and was gentle, which was satisfactory. (Though it did double the cost)

1. Despite being mild, the cleansing is lacking. Double cleansing is a must, and when double cleansing, one should use a cleansing foam that cleanses well.
2. It is expensive. Considering the need for a separate cleansing foam, it doubles the cost, but I don't mind investing in my skin. The fact that it is mild and effectively calms breakouts is a plus, so I continue to use it. However, if my skin were not sensitive, I probably wouldn't have used it.

It is truly mild and non-irritating. There is no oily residue and it feels clean after cleansing.

Some people say it doesn't cleanse thoroughly, but I usually do a 3-step cleansing routine - first with a lip/eye makeup remover, then a micellar water gel, and finally a cleansing foam, so I haven't experienced that issue at all!

(As a typical oily skin type with dehydration) I've tried various cleansers like oil-based or Banila Co cleansing balms, and water-based types, but even though they didn't remove my makeup well, they caused a lot of breakouts due to the excess oil. I first tried a gel-type cleanser recommended by a dermatologist, and I really like how light and oil-free it feels, leaving my skin refreshed! These days, I haven't been getting any breakouts and my skin stays clean.

Heavy makeup is difficult to remove, and it's only suitable for sun protection or pore cleansing.

It's not irritating and leaves a refreshing feeling after use.
