1. Due to the contained pearls, the shimmering effect is obscured by the foundation, so I'm not sure how effective it is. I'm also unsure of what other functions it has besides that effect. 2. This runny, watery formula seems like it would be better suited for an upright container. Storing it upside-down causes a flood every time the cap is opened.

A versatile product that can be used as a pearl base and primer?? In my personal opinion, it seems similar to a strobing cream. However, it is a bit more fluid than a strobing cream and has a pearly ivory color, with a slight primer function added.
Cons
Perhaps due to its fluidity, when I stand it up, it tends to ooze out. So I've been using it while laying it down. I've noticed that my pores have been expanding recently, and while testing primers at Olive Young, I was drawn to the moisturizing aspect, but I ended up buying this one instead. However, it doesn't provide the pore coverage I was hoping for, just a slight cover for smaller pores.
Tip
It's strange... it's not exceptionally great, but when I don't use it, I feel like there's a subtle difference. So I've been using up the whole bottle. I have both this product and a strobing cream, but lately, I've been using this one more. If you're wary of silicone-heavy, thick primers that fill in pores, this could be a light option to consider.
