  Pros

  My complexion has brightened up! I started using this when I was pulling all-nighters and my face looked sallow, and it's definitely been worth it. I've seen such great results that I can gradually use lighter foundation! Since I've been using this, my skin makeup seems to have a more translucent finish.

  Cons

  It's not so much a downside, but you need to use it consistently as there's no dramatic instant change. It takes about a week to see noticeable results, which can be a bit tantalizing. I committed to using it for a month and was satisfied just to see any change! The white particles seem to be for the brightening effect, while the rest of the formula appears to be for hydration. The particles seem to be distributed a bit unevenly though.

  Pros

  The subtle orange scent is so soothing before bed, it puts me in a great mood. When I wake up and cleanse my face, I notice a beautiful glow and my complexion seems clearer.

  Cons

  It doesn't come with a spatula, so you'll need to buy one separately or scoop the product out with your fingers. This makes it tricky to control how much you're using.

  Pros

  My complexion used to be darker than shade 23, so I always used the darkest foundation. But after using this sleeping pack, I felt like my old foundation was now too dark! People around me even commented that my skin looked much brighter! I'm on my second bottle now - definitely buy it when there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal! It feels a bit sticky, but when I wash my face the next morning, my skin feels fresh and looks clearer.

  When I apply this the night before school and wash it off in the morning, I often get compliments on how clear and radiant my complexion looks, even without makeup.

  Pros

  While I didn't notice a significant brightening effect, I definitely felt that my skin absorbed makeup better when using this! Occasionally, I'd say there was a very slight luminosity? It seemed to give my skin a bit of a translucent look. The generous amount allows for liberal application.

  Cons

  I bought this for its skin brightening benefits, but honestly, it's not very impressive in that department.

  Tip

  After trying it out, I'd say using this mask twice a week seems to be just right for a good routine.
