For a peeling gel, it's definitely gentle with minimal irritation and effectively removes dead skin cells - a great product overall. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple, so the user experience is excellent. There's no slippery residue, making it quick and easy to rinse off. I've tried the scrub from this line too, but this one is clearly less irritating while removing blemishes just as well, so I prefer it. Great value for money! I couldn't find any downsides. The only thing is that the brand has frequent sales, which makes me hesitant to buy during non-sale periods. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 28, 2019
It's great for gently removing dead skin cells on sensitive and dry skin without irritation. I've tried many peeling products but wasn't satisfied until I found this one. I hope it never gets discontinued! There's nothing I dislike about it. Everything's perfect except for a minor issue where the product can dry around the container's opening, making it look a bit messy. Try gently massaging it on your dry face for about a minute, then rinse off. Your skin will feel as smooth as silk! It's best to use this 1-2 times a week. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 16, 2018
Despite the ingredients being labeled as not great, it feels incredibly gentle when used. Maybe they've only included small amounts of the less desirable components. It's mild on the skin while still providing effective exfoliation. Usually, gentle exfoliators don't work well, but this one is both gentle and effective. After use, dead skin cells come off like eraser shavings, leaving your skin feeling fresh and clean. My sister complained about constant peeling while using this, but that's because it's a product that removes dead skin cells in proportion to how much you apply. It will continue to remove dead skin cells based on the amount you initially squeeze out. Therefore, you should only use as much as you want to exfoliate. This works even better at removing dead skin cells when your skin is dry. For best results, cleanse with warm water, pat your skin semi-dry with a towel, then apply this exfoliating gel. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSep 4, 2018
When I feel like I'm getting those tiny blemishes, using this once really improves my skin texture. I guess that means it's good at removing dead skin cells, right? I loved how it exfoliated without causing any irritation. It's great that you can get it at a reasonable price when it's 50% off! I didn't really have any issues with it. It didn't cause any blemishes either. However, I wouldn't recommend using it after popping a pimple - it might sting a bit. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2018
Among the exfoliating products I've tried, this one was quite pleasant to use. It doesn't painfully or harshly remove dead skin cells, but gently and mildly exfoliates. After using it, my skin has a nice glow. After application, my face turns red. While there's no irritation, it becomes too flushed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 25, 2018
My life with dead skin cells is divided into before and after discovering Very AHA... First off, it exfoliates so well without irritation... Whenever I feel like sebum is building up on my nose, I use it once, and it leaves my skin truly clean. I'll definitely repurchase this more than a hundred times! It doesn't exfoliate well if there's even a little bit of water. Also, the product tends to clump together too much when applied. Make sure to dry your skin and hands thoroughly with a towel before using! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2018
For a product meant to provide immediate exfoliation, it's surprisingly gentle and doesn't seem to cause many blemishes. The exfoliation isn't particularly intense, and the effects don't last very long. It seems like you should use it every other day, and make sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid any potential skin issues. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 17, 2018
It definitely has the effect of making the skin's surface smooth and polished. The texture isn't too harsh, so it didn't feel overly abrasive when I massaged it on my face. Compared to other exfoliators, this one leaves a significant amount of residue in my eyes after washing. Since it's not a rough formula, the soft, fine particles seem to easily get into the eyes along with water. I probably won't buy it again. Rather than exfoliating, it seems... hmm... potentially harmful for eye health. Even without applying it around the eyes, it still got into them when I washed my face. If you wash gently like a cat, instead of vigorously, it might be okay. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 6, 2017
I was hesitant to try the peeling gel and scrub for the first time, as I have sensitive skin. However, I found one with small, gentle exfoliating particles, and it was on sale, so I decided to give it a try. The particles are indeed small and soft, so there is not much irritation. Using it after showering seems to enhance the effects. I used up the entire bottle quite quickly and repurchased it, but I may have scrubbed too vigorously. My skin was already in a bit of a compromised state, and overusing the product seems to have made it worse. I should be more careful not to overdo it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 4, 2017
The peeling seems to work better than expected. The exfoliation is effective. Even though I have sensitive skin, the product is not as irritating as I thought, and the product is better than what the ingredients list suggests. The fragrance is too strong and can cause headaches; it gives me a headache. The smell is too strong - this really needs to be improved.
