1. Although the description stated it helps with combination oily skin, it was of no help at all. The shea butter and coconut oil actually worsened my acne. After using this, my maintained skin suddenly started developing acne, some of which became inflamed, and I even got closed comedones. 2. The ylang-ylang oil did not agree with my sensitive skin. I felt irritation. 3. The ingredient list is not properly labeled. Limonene is included but not indicated. 4. The detailed description section compares the product, but the simple ingredients of the Physiogel AI Soothing Cream actually worked better for me, especially in not causing any acne. 5. After applying, it feels stuffy and sticky. It's not suitable for all seasons and can only really be used in the dead of winter, but I won't use it since it's likely to clog my pores.

The texture is smooth and spreadable. It's also nice that it's fragrance-free, so my kids can use it too. I'm glad I got it because my pregnant wife recommended it.
