Pros
I bought a Shy Beam because the Dandelion High Beam felt a bit heavy. I thought using both shading and high beam would be too much, so I bought the Shy Beam. Even though I'm shade 22, which is on the darker side, it doesn't seem to show much, so I don't use it that often. It's a subtle brightening that only I can notice.
Cons
If your skin tone isn't too dark, it probably won't show. Haha Those with brighter skin tones should try the high beam. And I still haven't mastered the technique of applying it without it sliding off or removing the foundation underneath. ㅠㅠ The formula doesn't seem to be the easiest for beginners to apply. I had no idea the ingredients were like this. Haha I don't really pay much attention to the ingredients in color cosmetics, but I didn't realize it was this intense.
Tip

Since I couldn't control the oil well, I didn't use pearl highlighter and shading much when I was trying to save my nose bridge. But I heard that Benefit came out with a non-pearl highlighter from the Dandelion series, so I bought it right away. When I applied it to my nose bridge, forehead, and chin before putting on the makeup base and foundation, it gave a natural-looking dimension even without nose shading. I finished the whole thing and repurchased it. I recommend it to those who want to add dimension to their nose bridge or other areas but have a hard time with shading like me!
Cons
I didn't know, but the ingredients are actually very bad ㅠㅜ I haven't had any breakouts from using it, though..
